Our Exterior Condominium Administration Service is based on a Preventive Maintenance PLAN, which seeks to anticipate failures and avoid urgent repairs that cause large economic and operational losses to the Condominium. The program that will be implemented contemplates the following actions: as a first instance, an exhaustive Inspection of the Condominium will be carried out in all Areas:

- Administrative and accounting area, (software available 24 hours online and monthly account statement reports)

- Security area

- Maintenance staff area

- Condominium service area

- Area of maintenance programs

- Condominium legal aid area

- Area of programs suggested by the condominium

- Monthly meetings with the surveillance committee
